The Enthusiast Member – Terms & Conditions

Membership / Payment

·         “The Enthusiast” Spirits Club membership comes with a “Spirits Locker” that is leased for a period of 365 days

·         Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of locker lease

·         The re subscription of a “Spirits Locker” must be paid for prior one month prior to the lapsing of the 365 days

·         If subscription is not renewed prior to the end date then the “Bottles” will become the property of The Establishment Bar Dubbo

·         The Establishment Bar Dubbo will hold the “Bottles” for 7 days after the end of the subscription at which time they will then be discarded.

·         The Establishment Bar Dubbo will provide members a notification of expiry 3 months prior to the expiration

Bottle Service/ Purchase

·         “Bottles” purchased for use in the “Spirits Locker” are only to be consumed at The Establishment Bar Dubbo and may not leave the premises at anytime.

·         All “Bottles” will remain inside the numbered “Spirits Locker”, with access only by  management of The Establishment Bar Dubbo.

·         When a “Bottle(s)” is requested to be consumed by a member of the program it must be served and poured by a team member of The Establishment Bar.

·         All pours will be measured in 30ml nips and recorded to which the member will be asked to sign and acknowledge the quantity at time of consumption.

·         Responsible Service of Alcohol will be the priority and if requested by a member to obtain product, then it is also the responsibility of the member to ensure they and their party adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol laws and regulations.

·         Our team have the right to refuse service at any given time.

·         Abuse or behaviour that is deemed not appropriate towards property, staff or others will result in the cancellation of “The Enthusiast” Spirits Club membership, “Spirits Locker” and the “Bottles” will be discarded by The Establishment Bar without refund.

·         Alcohol bottles purchased off premise will not be permitted in lockers as we are a licensed venue.

·         “Bottles” can only be purchased through The Establishment Bar Dubbo.

·         Records of consumption will be kept on our point of sale system.

Costs of the Membership - Ongoing

·         The “Spirits Locker” service includes members to receive ice, glasses, water, soft drinks and appropriate garnishes complimentary each time a pour is provided.

·         To use the service and create a cocktail will result in additional charges for each drink, depending on the product and accompanying product there will be 3 levels of pricing plus or an open price tier for that top shelf cocktail experience. This expense will require finalisation on the night. Tier costs are below;

o    Tier 1 – Basic cocktail using “locker spirit” $12

o    Tier 2 – Cocktail using “locker spirit” plus multiple house spirits $18

o    Tier 3 – Advanced cocktail using “locker spirit” plus multiple spirits $25

o    Tier 4 – Open cocktail – depending on the price of the spirit being used

Discounts – Perks of Being a Member

·         As a member of “The Enthusiast” Spirit Club membership you will be entitled to receive discounted tickets events hosted by The Establishment Bar Dubbo.

·         A Discount code and early notification will be sent via email prior to the tickets being advertised to the general public.

·         This Discount code is exclusive to your membership and not to be shared or advertised. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in membership termination and “Bottles” will immediately become the property of The Establishment Bar Dubbo, with no refunds issued.

·         It will always be the intention of The Establishment Bar Dubbo to notify its members at the earliest release.

·         As part of this exclusive membership you will also receive a “Entitlement Poker Chip” this enables you to share your “Bottles” with a companion, friend or colleague.

Booking “The Den”

·         As part of this exclusive membership you will have access to booking “The Den” with the booking fee being waived ($50). This will be subject to availability and must be booked online. Cancellation Fees are applicable which can be found online at time of booking.

Entitlement Poker Chip

·         Allows access for a companion, friend or colleague to access your “Spirits Locker” and ”Bottles” without you being present.

·         The “Entitlement Poker Chip” is deemed to have the same responsibilities and access to that of the “The Enthusiast” Spirits Club member when visiting The Establishment Bar Dubbo and is the responsibility of yourself.

·         “The Enthusiast” Spirits Club member must provide in advance, notification that the companion, friend or colleague will be visiting. This can be done in the form of an email or phone call. It must state the companions name, approx time of visit and any stipulations on the consumption amounts of the “Bottles” in the “Spirits Locker”.

·         Responsible Service of Alcohol applies at all times as does refusal by our team

·         Costs outlined above remain the same

·         Failure to finalise any purchases will then be the responsibility of “The Enthusiast” Spirit Club member.

·         If advance notice is not provided and the “Entitlement Poker Chip” is presented at the bar. The person will be asked to phone the “The Enthusiast” Spirits Club member for the staff to speak with for approval. If the member can not be reached, The Establishment Bar Dubbo will refuse access to the locker – this is to safe guard all members and the products in the “Spirits Lockers”.

Notification of Your Visit

·         We encourage our members to pre book, via our online booking system to allow preparations on our end. Alternatively we will provide you with a hidden web page to allow you to make advanced notifications of visits and give us the opportunity to have your “Bottles” ready when you arrive for the VIP treatment you deserve.

·         We will always try to ensure our “The Enthusiast” Spirit Club members have access to a table however it is subject to other bookings, events and functions being held at The Establishment Bar Dubbo, we encourage advance notification to avoid disappointment.

Glossary of Terms

“The Enthusiast” means the paid member of the Spirits Club membership that has accepted the terms and conditions and has the access and responsibility to the program

“Spirits Locker” means the numbered locker associated to the membership that holds the “Bottles” for the member. This is located in “The Den” at The Establishment Bar Dubbo.

“Bottles” means spirit bottles purchased to be held in the “Spirits Locker” for consumption by the member whilst at The Establishment Bar Dubbo. The bottles may only be purchased through The Establishment Bar and must remain on premise at all times.

“Locker Spirit” means the spirit type being held by the “Bottles” in the “Spirits Locker” there may be different spirits housed and used in different cocktail drinks.

“The Den” means the room that houses the “Spirits Locker” inside of The Establishment Bar Dubbo and is bookable by members and guests of the premise.
