A Little Italy is back for Round 3!

A Casa Mia in Italy translates to “In my Home” and this exactly how you will feel when you leave this event!
The first two events sold out in record time and many were left disappointed they didn’t get a chance to enjoy "A Casa Mia" in our Bar - so we suggest don’t wait and grab them before you blink again - They sold out again!

Enjoy a “Once Upon a Thyme” Degustation Style Concept - “A casa mia “ A night where you will experience a combination our local produce & Italian Culture
~ If you stop for a minute and take a look around you will find our region has A LOT to offer, if you just know where to look ~
Together with Stefano & Cami from “Once Upon a Thyme” & Baker Williams Distillery in Mudgee & The Establisment Bar in Dubbo you will “experience” a night unlike any other, all bought together by Stylings of Simone Julius of Styled By Juliesque.
As you take a step into our venue you will be presented with an 8 hands dinner and cocktail experience that highlight local area products combined and elaborated with the experience acquired in our journeys.
Starting from the raw material and working our way up to the final product we will be serving an antipasto platter featuring some local cheeses 🧀 home made salami and prosciutto with home made preserves, jams and butter paired with breads coming from a raising bakery in Mudgee.
All of the above will be served with a typical Aperitivo Italian cocktail - The Aperol Spritz The night will continue with a red wine infused pasta, cooked and finished in a wheel of parmesan cheese and paired with a glass of Wine 🍷 from the local Wine regions of NSW. And last but not least, we will have an open tart filled with a mascarpone cream and topped with fresh berries perfectly paired with a Liqueur from Mudgee’s local distillery, Baker Williams.
